Donate your Old Shoes to help those in need

The Future Leaders, in collaboration with Shoe4Soul, is hosting a community Shoe Drive from September 17 to November 18, 2025. This initiative aims to collect and donate shoes to those in need, bringing comfort and support to underserved communities.

January – Kickoff & Awareness

• Podcast Series Launch

  • Youth-led episodes on leadership, creativity, and innovation.
  • Donor series highlighting mentors, sponsors, and community partners.

• Anti-Bullying Awareness Campaign 

  • School partnerships across Ontario.
  • Workshops + social media campaign.

March – Spring Drive

• Book Drive for Schools & Libraries

  • Collect and distribute educational books to under-resourced schools.
  • Youth volunteers organize donation and distribution events.

June – Leadership Spotlight

• Provincial Public Speaking & Debate Championship

  • Youth from across Ontario compete.
  • Guest judges: educators, industry leaders, community figures.
  • Winner receives a Future Leaders Scholarship.

September – Back to School Programs

• Technology & Digital Literacy Workshops 

  • Coding bootcamps, digital safety, AI awareness.
  • Hands-on training with industry experts.

• Creative Arts & Storytelling Festival

  • Short film, spoken word, and art showcase by youth.
  • Gallery night with parents, donors, and community.

November – Community Giving

• Annual Toy Drive 

  • Partner with local businesses & donors.
  • Gifts distributed to youth shelters and children’s hospitals.

• Silent Auction & Gala (Fundraiser) 

  • Live music, youth performances, donor recognition.
  • All funds directed to counseling services for youth mental health.

Counseling & Support Services

For those directly affected by bullying, The Future Leaders provides:

One-on-one confidential counseling.

Group therapy sessions for peer support.

Peer-to-peer mentorship programs.

Partnership with licensed youth counselors.

All services are free and accessible to youth across Ontario.
