About the Program
Bullying affects thousands of young people every year, leaving lasting impacts on confidence, academic performance, and mental health.
At The Future Leaders, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and empowered. Our Anti-Bullying Program combines education, counseling, and creative expression to give youth the tools to rise above bullying and to build a culture of respect in schools and communities.
Our Approach
We tackle bullying through a holistic, youth-centered model:
Stand Strong: Together Against Bullying
Creating safer schools and communities through awareness, education, and support.
Program Structure
1. School Partnerships
o Deliver anti-bullying workshops directly in school across Ontario.
o Roleplay exercises, awareness videos, and open discussions.
2. Youth Ambassadors
o Train students to become Anti-Bullying Leaders in their schools.
o Encourage peer-to-peer mentorship and support.
3. Workshops & Events
o Anti-Bullying Awareness Month (January Kickoff)
o Silent Auction Fundraiser & Gala (November) → funds go to support victims through counseling.
o Creative Arts Contest: Students submit poems, art, and short films about bullying prevention.
4. Counseling & Support
o Launch confidential counseling services for youth victims.
o Group therapy sessions & one-on-one mentorship.
5. Digital Campaign
o Hashtag campaign: #StandStrong #FutureLeadersAgainstBullying
o Youth-led podcast episodes on bullying prevention & resilience
