The objective of this program is to provide comprehensive mental health d wellness support tailored to teenagers aged 12-17. The program anaims to equip youth with coping strategies, self-care techniques, and resources to enhance their mental well-being and resilience.

Duration:
The curriculum will be delivered over 12 weeks, with one session per week lasting approximately 60-90 minutes.
